Smile Line
The smile line is a hypothetical line drawn along the edge of the upper teeth from one side of the mouth to the other side. Ideally, the smile line corresponds to the curvature of the lower lip when smiling. This standard reference is used to help determine the length of teeth.
Teeth Proportion
The teeth proportion should be checked to determine whether they have the accurate proportion or not. Most people describe a beautiful smile that the two front teeth would be larger with the proportion of their width to length would be four to five. This proportion, as well as the smile line, determine the length and width of the other teeth in the smile area, and maintain a good balance in smile.
